Frequently Asked Questions What does it cost? HRCapitol has hourly project, flat fee, and subscription pricing models that will work within any budget. It is important to us to take care of your needs and we will work within your budget to do so! You will be delightfully impressed with quality of service we are able to provide for a price far less than other vendors would charge for the same level of service.
Who owns the candidate data? In our Recruitment Process Outsourcing model, you own all data we collect in our search. This not only includes the candidate information, but information on our process, which you could easily replicate within your organization for future projects, or continue to use us in order to focus on building other areas of your business.
How is HRCapitol different from an employment agency? As a premier Recruitment Process Outsourcing vendor, HRCapitol is a partner in your efforts. An employment agency will use the same processes, they call “best practices,” for each assignment. You have no influence here.
This is cost effective and efficient for the agency, but may not deliver the best candidates… candidates that are qualified, interested, and engaged in the possibility of an employment relationship with your company, not only because of what your company does, but because of who your company is... your company culture!

Where do you post my available positions? It depends. Because each project is targeted to reach prospective candidates that will add the most value to your organization, we may or may not share your opportunity with mainstream or niche job boards or with colleges, organizations, associations, user groups, or members of various social networks.
What is candidate tracking? In its simplest form candidate tracking can be a spreadsheet- tracking name, title, location, contact information, progress notes, and any other fields you wish to track.
More elaborate tracking may include candidate source and demographic data, mapping back to money spent per source and/or source quality based on various qualitative and quantitative ROI criteria important to your organization.

Do you screen and interview all candidates? For client-partner projects where HRCapitol is delivering qualified and interested candidates, the processes that we develop are robust. In this instance, we typically design custom behavioral questions, conduct thorough screenings, and deliver targeted profiles including candidate responses illustrating accomplishments and behaviors you require and desire.
HRCapitol can be involved in the interview process as a part of qualifying the prospective candidate and/or as part of the candidate interview process. As with each project, the level of involvement we have with our partners will depend on the specific needs and desires of our client, coupled with the complexity of the project.
How many times can I use your service? Our service offerings are built to be flexible and replicable. This means that our clients can use us one time, multiple times, or continuously. At the same time, our clients have the luxury of stopping or pausing a project at any point, and reengaging us at any point.
